Backgrounds

You can always install your assets manually following these instructions:

1. Open the email you received after purchasing the assets
2. Click the Download button
3. Find the download on your computer
4. Unzip the downloaded pack. On Mac, double-click the zipped file. On Windows, right-click the .zip file to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
5. Launch Luminar Neo
6. Open a photo you’d like to edit
7. Find the Layers Properties tool
8. Navigate to Masking > Portrait Background
9. Click Remove to remove the existing background
10. Navigate to Layers in the right panel and click +
11. Click Load Image and select the Background you want to add
12. Rearrange the Layers
13. Adjust the Opacity Amount to 100 in the Background layer
14. Enjoy the result!

Note: If you can’t find the email with your purchased items, you can always find them in your Account.

3. Navigate to the My Add-ons tab
