  • What are the purchase options?

    We currently offer two purchase options for Aperty:

    - Subscription plan (12-month). The 12-month subscription ensures that you always have access to the most up-to-date version of Aperty without additional costs beyond your subscription fee.
    - Lifetime license (one-time purchase). The lifetime license is a one-time purchase that grants you permanent access to Aperty. Future updates may require an extra fee.

  • How many devices can I use Aperty on?

    Aperty can be used on 2 devices.

    Additionally, we plan to introduce the option to add extra device seats to your license in the future. 

  • How do I activate the app after purchase?

    Once your purchase is complete, the auto-installation will begin. If it doesn’t start automatically, no worries, your browser might block it, but you’ll receive an email with instructions and an installer link sent to the email address provided during your purchase. After installation, simply log in or create an account using the same email associated with your purchase, and set up a password.   • How can I change the device I use Aperty on?

    To install Aperty on a new device, log into your Skylum account on the new device and click Download next to Aperty in the My Software tab. Once installed, log in with your credentials. If there are no available device seats, a pop-up will appear, allowing you to Log Out and Launch from an existing device. Selecting this will automatically log out the chosen device and reassign the seat to your new device.   • What is your refund policy?

    We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase.
